NEAL PARI SOAP Neel Pari soap is a type of laundry soap, often described as a blue-colored bar of soap used for cleaning clothes and also for spiritual purposes in some Caribbean cultures, according to Raine n River Apothecary. It’s made as a by-product of Banaspati Ghee, Al-Hilal Industries, which makes it low cost and safe to use. Some versions of blue soap are also formulated with germicides to kill bacteria in pores and prevent wounds from becoming septic, notes Tally-Young.
